Rates

Our base Daily or Weekly Rates are for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are 60 Euros per person, per night (maximum 24 guests total).

Low Season: 1 October - 30 April
High Season: 1 May - 31 September (+ Easter, Christmas, and NYE)

  • (for 7+ nights)
  • Low Season: 605 Euro
  • High Season: 745 Euro

The discounted rate is applicable for all stays of 7 or more nights. The discount only applies to the base accommodation rental rate; extra guests above 8 people are always 60 Euro per night (charged for the full duration of your booking) regardless of season and total number of nights.

For events such as weddings, there is a charge of 40 Euro per non-resident guest, with a maximum of 80 guests in total.

Rates include:

  • Fresh cotton and silk bed linen

  • 1 set of fluffy white body and hand towels per guest

  • Monogrammed pool towels and fresh deckchair/sunbed covers

  • Glass bottled still & sparkling water

  • Wi-Fi access

  • 3 housekeeping visits for weekly rentals

  • Dishwasher and washing machine liquid

  • Fans in every bedroom

  • Use of all in-house equipment including wireless speaker, piano, guitar and violin in the music room, DVD and books in the sitting room, plus bocce set and table tennis equipment

  • Cots & highchairs (upon request)

Checkin is from 5pm and checkout is by 10am.
